i Prefer to use the cloth because it doesn't hurt and much. Also i find that the paper irritates my skin
Definitely cloth. Cloth will not tear like paper will. The paper that some beauty therapists use are a synthetic type that are tear resistant. If you can source them , fine, otherwise I'd only use cloth.
