warm water and soap. A warm soap wash cloth should be applied until the wax softens and rubs off. Tell her to try to keep her eye close. If its the wax that harden the only thing that you can do without harming her eyes. Is to pull it off. Maybe numb it if you can but if you go to the emergency room they are going to remove the wax the tweezers like scissors anyway. Doesn't matter which route you go it will be painful and she will be without lashes.
Take a hot shower and it will melt keep eye shut until it is all gone!!!
