I have very white skin, and black hair. So when my eyebrow hair grows (when they grow on the surface) My wax wont pick them up, and they are too small to tweeze. What do i doWaxing Eyebrows - When i have to wax the second time round do i have to let the hairs grow?
just let them grow out a little bit then pluck them

i always thread them...i dont know if you've heard of it, but they use thread to shape and remove hair...it's really good..even with the smalles hairs =) try it once..i guarantee it will work!
pluck and trim.
