I tried a new place that specalized in skincare and nails and got my eyebrows waxed. The woman ended up leaving the wax on too long (this is my guess) and basically ripped a line of skin off under my eyebrow. She told me that I could put my makeup on over it but HELLO IM NOT DUMB. What kind of cream can I put on it to heel faster. I look funny with make up on half an eye.
Did I mention I paid 15 bucks ... but I did not dare tipEyebrow waxing...OUCH?
I hate to hear that you had a bad experience. That happened to me when I was going to school for my esthetician license. I found that placing aloe on the area really helped heal it fast it also soothed it too. Unfortunately, it's hard to find someone who really cares about their waxing habits. Try asking around and get some recomendations from people who are happy with the person that does their waxing. As an esthetician, I take my time and make sure my client is comfortable through out the whole waxing experience. I try to make it as painless as possible. I went through that horrific experience and I don't intend on any of my clients to ever experience that.Eyebrow waxing...OUCH?
sometimes this happens, it does not mean that it is the estheticans fault, some people have very sensitive skin this could be one of the causes, other causes could be birth control, or cortizone. You could tell if it was that estheticians fault it depends how she pulled the wax strip from the eyebrow, if she pulled straight across, it wasn't her fault, if she pulled upward she needs more practising :)
I think that you can use Mederma or you can go to your doctor/dermatologist and get a cream prescribed for you.
In the first place I wouldn't of paid her. If you get some vaseline for dry skin that would work
neosporin works well
